Types of users

By registering on takenomo.com you become a member of NoMo. Whether you are a registered user or a guest (order without registration), you have the right to order on takenomo.com

Registering for our online shop means that you are given a unique username (your email address) and password. If you wish to change your email address or password, you can do so at any time in the My Account section of the site.

Access to information

NoMo is committed to always providing this information to the customer:

a) the identity of the company (company name and address, company ID and VAT ID),
b) contact details in order to ensure fast and efficient communication (e-mail, telephone),
c) key features of the goods or services (after-sales service and guarantees included),
d) product availability (any product available on the website must be delivered within a reasonable time),
e) the terms of delivery (method, place and date),
f) all prices must be clearly and unambiguously set out to show whether they include tax and delivery charges,
g) the method of delivery and payment,
(h) the time validity of the tender,
i) the period within which the contract may still be withdrawn from and the conditions for withdrawal, including the costs of reimbursement,
j) an explanation of the procedure to be followed in the event of a complaint, including contact details or a customer service contact.
Product offer and prices

Due to the nature of online commerce, the offer and prices in the NoMo online shop are frequently edited and changed. The price in the NoMo online shop is the same for registered users and for guests. All prices are inclusive of VAT. Prices are valid from the moment the order is placed and have no predetermined validity.

Order and prices

The contract between NoMo and the customer is valid from the moment NoMo sends you an e-mail confirming your order. From that moment, all prices and other terms and conditions are fixed and valid for NoMo and the Buyer.

The Contract (the first email notification of the status of the order) is stored electronically on NoMo's server and is available to Buyers upon their written request.

Date of delivery

All orders placed before 1 pm will be shipped the same day.

The NoMo online shop offers the following payment methods:

Shipping and handling charges are FREE for Slovenia only over 50€. Standard shipping Slovenia is 4€, international shipping is 9€.

After payment, NoMo will send you a PDF receipt of payment to the email address you provided in your customer information. On the receipt you will see the total price and cost of your order. It is the buyer's responsibility to check the validity of their details before completing the order.

Discount codes

A discount code or promotional code allows you to get various discounts on NoMo online orders. You can find the active code in your email or in your previous NoMo package. The code unlocks discounts or free shipping. Each code has an expiry date after which it becomes invalid.

Using a discount code:

Select the desired product/package and add it to your basket.
Enter the code in the "Discount code" field at the checkout and click "Apply".
Only 1 discount code can be entered per purchase.
Once you have entered and used the code, the total amount of your order will be automatically reset to the new value. The remainder is the remaining amount you will pay.
Purchase process

Select a product: on takenomo.com, select the product and click "Add to basket". The system will inform you if the product has been successfully added to your basket. If you wish to continue shopping, click on "Continue shopping" on the left and return to the shop page. If you wish to continue with your order, click right on "Complete order" and the system will take you to the checkout.
Removing an item from your shopping basket. If the user wants to add more products to the basket, he/she must click on the "Continue shopping" link. By clicking on the link, the user will be returned to the shop page.

III. Shopping Cart: You must complete the required fields to complete your order.

Shipping address: You must provide the required information marked with a red asterisk (first and last name, email address, home address, postal code and telephone number), which we will need to confirm and complete your order and to ship the products.
The form allows you to create a user account and your details may be stored for future orders.

Vouchers and gift cards: if the user has a valid discount voucher or gift card, he/she can enter it in the appropriate field and click on the "use" button.
Order overview: here you can see the products you have added to your basket. The price of the product, the shipping costs, the VAT value and the total payment costs are visible in the shopping cart before the order is completed.
Order completion: the user is given the opportunity to review the delivery information provided, the payment method chosen and the contents of the basket. The user confirms the order by clicking on the 'Complete order' button. If the order has been successful, the following text will appear on the website: 'Your order has been successful. Thank you for your purchase! Your order number is: xxxx."
Order notification process

Once your order has been completed, you will receive a notification in your email inbox that your order has been confirmed. NoMo members can always check the status of their order and the contents of their order on our website.

NoMo is entitled to call the customer to review the contact details or to confirm the shipment.

The order process is exactly the same for companies as for individuals, except that the company can enter the company name and VAT identification number. The payment methods are also the same.

Buyer's right of withdrawal

Returns: You have the right to return the goods within 30 days of the online purchase, no questions asked. The products shall be returned by the buyer within 14 days of his/her withdrawal request without any costs. The Buyer must notify the Seller in writing of the intended return at info@takenomo.com.

The returned goods must be undamaged, packed in the original carton, in unaltered condition and without any traces of use. The Buyer's details (full name, full address, e-mail, telephone number, order number and billing details) must be provided in addition to the return. The Seller will refund the purchase amount within 14 days of receipt of the goods. The cost of shipping the returned goods is borne by the buyer. The Seller will not accept returns against cash on delivery.

Complaints about goods damaged due to logistics will be considered if they are made within 7 days of arrival to the buyer. Subsequent returns will not be accepted by the Seller as valid. If the parcel shows signs of damage on arrival, the Buyer has the right to reject the parcel and request a return receipt from a member of the postal service (GLS).

Liability for clerical error

The Seller is responsible for any clerical errors of the product. The Seller shall also be liable for those clerical errors that occur at a later date, if the error existed previously. Minor clerical errors will not be considered.


NoMo uses appropriate technological and organisational means to protect personal data and the transmission and storage of payments.

Secure authorisations and credit card transactions are facilitated by NoMo and Braintree. Credit card authorisations are processed in real time with instant verification of the data in the bank. Credit card data is not stored on the NoMo server.


NoMo will only contact users via communication tools if the user agrees to this. Advertising messages will contain the following:

Clearly and unambiguously identified as an advertisement,

the sender will be clearly identified,

special offers, promotions and discounts will be identified as such.

They will also clearly state the terms and conditions of participation.

The method of unsubscribing from advertising messages will be clearly indicated,

NoMo will explicitly comply with all opt-out requests.

Reviews, opinions and recommendations

The ratings, opinions and recommendations provided by customers are part of the functionality of the shop, which is intended for the entire community of users.

NoMo allows every user to give their opinion, opinions will be verified before being published. The NoMo brand will refrain from publishing harmful reviews and opinions that are rude, inappropriate or in line with NoMo without adding value to others in the community.

By submitting an opinion or comment, the user expressly agrees to the terms and conditions of use of his/her opinions or comments and authorizes NoMo to publish part or all of them in any electronic or other media. NoMo has the right to use the content of the opinion or review for any purpose (advertising and marketing) and for an unlimited period of time. The author of the opinion declares and warrants that he/she is the owner of the material and moral intellectual rights in the opinions and comments given and that he/she grants this right to NoMo on a non-exclusive and perpetual basis.

Legal notice

The NoMo online shop and its data, product images, graphics and video elements are protected and may not be reproduced or used without prior written consent.


NoMo will use its best endeavours to ensure the accuracy and correctness of the information published and used on its website. However, product features, shipping dates and prices can sometimes change rapidly and NoMo is unable to keep all information on the website up to date. In this case, NoMo will inform the customer of the changes and give the customer the opportunity to withdraw from the contract or to exchange the products ordered.


We reserve the right to disable or make inaccessible our website due to technical or other problems or maintenance, which includes disabling or making difficult access to the website. In the event of technical problems with the Website, we reserve the right to cancel orders affected by technical problems. In the event of cancellation of an order, we will notify you as soon as possible and inform you of the next steps. You must ensure that you have the appropriate protection tools (antivirus, etc.) in place before accessing the website. You must ensure that you have the appropriate security and confidentiality when accessing your account on the website (email, password).

Complaints and disputes

NoMo complies with the applicable European consumer protection legislation. NoMo will use its best endeavours to fulfil its obligation to implement an effective complaints system and to enable the Customer to contact directly the person responsible for such issues.

Complaints can be sent to info@takenomo.com. The complaints procedure is confidential. NoMo will acknowledge receipt of the complaint within five days and indicate the duration of the process and the steps involved.

NoMo is aware of the main feature of a complaint under Legal Solutions, which is the disproportion between the economic value of the enquiry and the costs used to resolve the complaint. This is the main obstacle to a consumer not pursuing a legal dispute. NoMo therefore endeavours to resolve all potential complaints in a friendly manner.

In the event of a legal dispute, the court of the consumer's domicile has jurisdiction.

Out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes

In accordance with legal norms, we will not recognise out-of-court complaint procedures as a jurisdiction for the resolution of complaints that a consumer could have initiated under the Act on Out-of-Court Dispute Resolution. NoMo, as a supplier of goods and services, facilitates online trade in Europe and publishes an electronic link to an online consumer dispute resolution platform.

The above regulation is based on the Act on Out-of-Court Settlement of Consumer Disputes, Regulation No 524/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council on online dispute resolution for consumer disputes and the amendment of Regulation (EC) No 2016/2004 and Council Regulation 2009/22/EC.
